Pat Arcand has a passion for and insight into science and technology which means that she can successfully translate the most complex technical breakthroughs to a variety of audiences. She authors technical backgrounders, white papers, product guides and web materials.  Her media coaching skills have successfully groomed company CEOs and top corporate management for successful print, radio and TV interviews. 

A life-long sports enthusiast, Arcand is currently working to help increase the number of sports opportunities for Boston Public middle schools students.  A Play Ball! Foundation board member and founding member of the Jump Boston! double dutch league, Pat is actively engaged in changing the playing field for young athletes in Boston.

Kathy Madison began her communications career as a graphic designer and advertising art director. She entered the PR field twenty years ago during her tenure as marketing communications manager for a UK-based electronics company. She guides client marketing campaigns, writes case studies that profile clients’ customers, and coaches clients on best practices in social media.

Madison is also a committed fine artist; her paintings appear in private collections in the United States, Norway, and St. Barth, French West Indies. Her extensive travel throughout the world has enabled her to develop a network of PR professionals for Arcand & Madison, build language skills, and sometimes work in the same time zone as the agency’s international clients.
